If you haven't already, please try uninstalling the game then redownloading it.

From Dwelling house, select My games & apps, and then select See all.

When you've highlighted something to uninstall, printing the Menu push on your controller.

Select Manage game & add-ons, and so Uninstall all.

I already checked that website and there seems to be no problem with the game. Its the Xbox that needs troubleshooting.

Yep unfortunately you need xbox live with gold to play portions of the game crave it. And so if you don't have gilded then this might  be the crusade of your event.
